Cigaress Terms of Service

1. General
By accessing our website cigaress.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All products offered by Cigaress are intended for lawful use by adults of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction.
2. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase information. We accept payments via Stripe (credit card, debit card, SEPA, iDEAL, Klarna, and other methods) and Cash on Delivery.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Cigaress does not store your payment card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 15–18 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:
- Europe, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: $25 USD (Free shipping on orders over $500)
- Rest of World: $35 USD
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping logistics.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via email at jiajiahuikeji@163.com or via WhatsApp at +8617612456103.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Cigaress and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product differs from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cigaress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct negotiation between the parties.
